Mission & History

The Ecosystem

Our ecosystem is a coordinated intelligence-to-execution platform spanning four connected brands—Economic Infrastructure Group (EIG), Oliver UnZoned Media (OUM), Oliver Bennett Agency (OBA), and Green Building Worldwide (GBW). Together, we track the policy, zoning, capital, energy, and infrastructure shifts that reshape development opportunity, translate those shifts into clear market narratives, and turn them into executable strategy. The result is a full-loop system: macro and corridor intelligence, public-facing insight, deal-level planning, and performance-driven guidance—built to help developers, investors, operators, and stakeholders move earlier, de-risk decisions, and create durable value.

From research platform to execution partner.
Green Building Worldwide began as a research and media initiative focused on making the energy transition practical for real estate and infrastructure operators. As policies and technologies accelerated, clients needed more than analysis—they needed capital-ready strategies and delivery support. GBW evolved into a full advisory practice pairing market intelligence with implementation.

Built to convert insight into performance.

  • Codified a playbook for energy-adjacent real estate, where grid constraints and opportunities shape value

  • Formalized capital stack process, treating regulation and incentives as inputs to the capital stack

  • Expanded from single-asset guidance to district and portfolio programs for agencies, campuses, and developers

  • Developed templates—retrofit matrices, term-sheet comps, permitting heatmaps, KPI dashboards—to compress decisions and de-risk delivery

What this means for you:

  • Faster approvals, fewer change orders, and projects that “pencil.”

  • Better risk control through permitting pathways, incentives mapping, and vendor accountability.

  • Confidence that you’re not over-buying tech—and not missing value you’re entitled to.

GBW is structured to reduce decision friction, identify delivery risk earlier, strengthen capital and incentive alignment, and produce performance outcomes that can withstand board, lender, regulatory, and operational review.
