Fellowship Overview

The GBW Fellows Program is a hands-on, outcomes-driven experience at the intersection of energy technology, building performance, and capital delivery. Fellows contribute to real client work—research, modeling, product reviews, and pilot deployments—while building a portfolio that’s ready for the boardroom.

Who should apply:

  • Graduate students, early-career professionals, or domain switchers with strengths in engineering, architecture, planning, data/AI, finance, or policy.

  • Curious, analytical builders who like clear KPIs, tight deadlines, and real-world impact.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (tech, delivery, finance).

How to apply:

  • Submit a resume/CV, short statement (≤300 words) on your focus area, and one work sample (analysis, dashboard, or brief).

  • Submit to fellow@greenbuilding-worldwide.com

  • Applications reviewed on a rolling basis; cohorts launch Spring / Summer / Fall.

Commitments (ours & yours):

  • Our commitment: structured mentorship, timely feedback, and real responsibility.

  • Your commitment: meet milestones, document decisions, and deliver to spec.

  • Confidentiality and IP terms apply; all work is produced under GBW guidance.
